Keep your modern Hyosung Bobber’s life on the road going with a premium replacement fuel cap that functions flawlessly. Sticky internal mechanisms, stiff key turns, and degrading lower rubber ring seals are common over time, which can trigger fuel evaporation leaks or security issues at the pump. We have sourced this robust aftermarket lock and cap alternative to swap out problematic components. This aftermarket version fits inside your tank, and it looks a little different from the original Hyosung version but it works the same way.

✅ COMPATIBLE MODELS (Modern EFi Series):• GV125-S Aquila EFi Bobber: From 2018 onwards to current production years.• GV300S Aquila EFi Bobber: From 2019 onwards to current production years.❌ EXCLUSIONS (WILL NOT FIT):
- Older Carburettor GV125 Models: Will strictly not fit pre-2018 traditional cruiser models. The fuel reservoir shaping is completely different.
- All 650cc Motorbikes: Incompatible with GV650, GT650 models.
- All GT & GTR Models: Will not work on GT125R, GT250, or GT650 models due to completely unique sports tank lock configurations.
🔧 Install Tips
- Simple Component Swap: Carefully remove the old unit. Clean any trapped road dirt or grit from around the inner tank filler rim before seating the fresh gas/fuel cap on to it before riding away.
- Flange Fastener Care: Inspect the bolts around your tank area and don’t lose your rubber cushions for the tank, so it doesn’t wobble when riding!
