Description
When performing a complete overhaul on your 125cc or 250cc v-twin carbs, the tiny hardware details make the entire difference between a successful workbench tune and a deeply frustrating fuel leak. The internal needle seat clamping screw holds your entire fuel metering block firmly in position; if this factory fastener is sitting loose, rounded off by bad tools, or rotted with green scaling, your fuel bowl levels will never remain stable. Choosing this premium aftermarket Hyosung carb valve screw pack is a vital maintenance win. These parts provide an exact one-to-one dimension match for the original hardware, delivering a completely secure, reliable anchoring fix inside your carbs.
Do not settle for “near enough” coarse screws from a local hardware outlet that will chew your threads. These fasteners are produced explicitly to match the thread pitch tolerances of original fuel mixer bodies. This guarantees they will not shake loose under heavy engine thumping or damage the soft internal aluminum casting walls during a routine restoration project.

🔧 Installation Tips
- Utilize True JIS Tooling: We cannot emphasize this enough—always use a proper Japanese Industrial Standard tool bit to turn these fasteners. A regular western driver bit will cam out under pressure and instantly strip the cross head lines of these small components.
- Scrub Your Internal Threads: Dip a fine cotton bud into clean spray solution to thoroughly wash out old crust, scaling, or thread lock residue from the alloy casting hole before threading your new parts home.
- Do Not Overtighten: Brass emulsion parts and aluminum bodies are incredibly soft metals. Wind the screws down gently until they seat flat against the bracket tab, but never force them roughly or you will strip out your internal casting lines entirely.
