The bike can handle (example) 80Amps , the jump pack or jump leads of a running car/van sent 12v at 200amps , that will cause a lot of heat in the wires and cook everything, since the starter motor shares the same battery as the rest of the bike.
If the starter motor gets power, assume rest of the bike will also get power (as if to bridge the start button entirely anyway)
