For charging the battery, I recommend : https://www.dafy-moto.com/chargeur-de-batteries-moto-optimate-3-tecmate.html

It is connected permanently, exepted when i ride, of course :-P, and my battery is always OK (13 V) and there is no problem with the ECU.
