📜 Confirmed Fitment Guide
• GT125R, GT250R, GT650R, GT125, GT250, GT650 (Naked)
• GV125, GV250, GV650 Aquila (Carby models up to ~2018)
• GD250N / GD250R
❌ WILL NOT FIT: GV125-S or GV300-S (2019+ models). These use a different internal spec.
Don’t forget to pack the bearings with high-quality, marine-grade grease before fitting! A small tub of proper grease costs little but massively extends the life of this critical part, especially in wet EU climates.
🔧 Install Tips
- Cleanliness is Key: Ensure all old grease and dirt are removed from the housing before fitting the new bearings.
- Press, Don’t Hammer: Use a proper bearing press tool or a soft mallet with a drift to press the new bearings in gently. Hammering can cause internal damage.
