Description
Working on the EFi stator or alternator cover should be simple maintenance, but those cheap factory steel bolts often seize, strip their heads, or rust solid. It is a common frustration for mechanics. This is where quality materials matter; Stainless steel is reusable, stronger, and guarantees you won’t be drilling out broken fasteners in the future. It’s the only sensible choice for reliable life on the road.

📜 Confirmed Fitment Guide
📅 YEARS: All S models from 2019+ onwards.
❌ WILL NOT FIT: Older pre-2019 carbureted GV125s, GT125, GT250, or any 300cc models.
Always replace the stator cover gasket when you open the casing to prevent oil leaks.
🔧 Install Tips
- Use Threadlocker: Apply a small amount of *blue* (medium strength) threadlocker. Never use red (permanent).
- Torque Carefully: Tighten using a criss-cross pattern to factory torque specs. Overtightening can crack the engine casing.
- Protect Magnets: Keep tools away from the flywheel magnets during installation.
