Description
The front brake assembly is your primary critical safety system on the high-revving Hyosung GD250 single-cylinder motorcycle. Severely worn-out friction pads dramatically extend total emergency stopping distances and leave you with compromised chassis control. Our aftermarket pads are manufactured to stringent quality control standards to efficiently process high thermal braking forces, providing a strong, dependable lever feedback you can rely on through any corner. The premium compound density completely satisfies the demand for consistent pad longevity and predictable pressure modulation over cheap, unrated bodge alternatives.
💎 Sharper Braking, Safer Riding
Upgrade your single-cylinder machine’s hydraulic stopping thresholds with friction materials tailored for rapid heat dissipation and simple caliper placement.
| High Grip Compound Formulated to generate a firm, steady frictional coefficient against standard steel discs. |
Direct Fitment Sized perfectly to slide smoothly across your factory caliper pins with zero backing plate modification. |
| Reduced Fade Maintains predictable biting performance through continuous high-temperature braking cycles. |
Safety Assured Tested under severe wet and dry road conditions to strictly match or exceed initial factory parameters. |

🔧 Install Tips
- Cleanliness is Key: Scrupulously clean out the inner caliper sliders and piston crowns prior to mounting. Implement dedicated aerosol brake cleaner fluid to fully remove caked-on friction dust and grit.
- Use Copper Grease: Smear an ultra-thin, controlled film of copper anti-seize paste solely across the metallic backings of the plates where the hydraulic pistons interface. This prevents harmonic brake squeal. Do not touch the organic friction material with grease.
- Bed Them In: Practice moderate, controlled braking force across the initial 50 to 100 miles of street use. Avoid heavy emergency panic cycles during this period to correctly bed-in the pad face compound to the rotor texture.
