I will pull the filter bag thing off to see if that fixes it. If not I have an 07 gv250 with an almost identical pump and I’ll swap them out.

Do you know any way to test the fuel pressure without a gauge? I’m in the middle of no where Cambodia and there’s not a mechanic shop that can service “big” motorcycles anywhere

Will a 2010 GV250 efi work as a donor bike for my 2012 GV250 efi Delphi? I know they have a different ecu but the coils and sensors and stuff?

Well, that’s not what I was hoping to hear.

I changed the rectifier before you had written me back. I also put the 12v-12amp battery on a trickle charger and today the bike started on its own and idled for about 15 minutes. I took it out for a ride close to home and after 5 minutes the bike died. I sat on the side of the road for about 10 minutes, constantly trying to restart the bike. After about 10 minutes and 20-30 attempts it fired back up and I went straight back to the garage.. I’m sure I fried a sensor somewhere causing it not to start. Guess I will tear it back down and start over. Thanks for the help and I will message you for parts soon.

    Yes it was.

So is this a volts issue? The alternator is sending 14v instead of the 12v the battery has?

I don’t know about the others but stay away from Hyosungwholesale.com I bought new gauges for a gv250 and they sent me a gt250, refused to refund the 275$, refused to accept the part back, and refused to send the correct gauges.

Sounds like either the wiring that goes to the front coil has issues or it is the ecu. Have you tried switching the front and rear fuel injectors as well?

just finished putting the bike back together after swapping the fuel injectors around, it seems to be the problem now the front exhaust is getting nice and hot and the rear one is staying cold, so now il order a new injector or two and see if that fixes the issue, thank you very much John

nice easy fix!! Glad you were able to get it sorted brother.
