It’s coming off when I repaint the bike, two birds with one stone  😀

 

I’m still waiting for the TPS to arrive so I may be starting the painting sooner than I thought.

I can’t find any screw holes for the bobbins, I’m thinking about having a couple of bosses welded on, but to be honest I was looking for an easier option  😀

I wasn’t keen on the UK in the middle of summer, let alone in winter/autumn 🙂

 

It’s still shorts & T shirt weather at the moment, at least for the next week or two anyway, getting a bit chilly of an evening, down to 16 degrees tonight.

There is a downside though, July and August are to hot to ride, get in the car and stick the air con on full. It’s a hard life, lol.

Thanks, yes I’m very lucky, this is about 5 minutes from home, much better than the view I had in Birmingham 🙂

I’ve already replaced all the bolts, so one less job to do. I have a set of RFY rear shocks & new TPS on the way, if the TPS ever arrives from Korea.

At the moment I’m going to paint the front & rear mudguards, tank and radiator shroud. I have a “thing” for purple, I painted a car Cadbury’s purple a few years ago. I’ll have a look and see if I have a picture,
