I have gd250n 2015 it’s start very good when engine cold and after short ride but when I drive it long and shut the engine it not start again until its get cold again.when I push the starter button it’s try to start but sound like its not fast enough to start . The starter is brand new the clutch starter also the battery full show 12.67 spark plug new coil is one year old and still not start when engine hot any help?

Which spark plugs do you use ? (Exact name and part number)
Did you do any valve clearances to the engine? Did a compression check too ?
Also check this too….
- HT Caps = Heat makes them fail sometimes , that’s why some of us tend to use NGK caps , but you can still use another HT cap from a Suzuki bike near your country’s salvage wreckers yard or bike shop and try it again?
- Ignition Coil = Because it is injected and model specific , the ECU wants the coils at a certain resistance to performance
–So check the coil for “primary resistance” and “secondary resistance” and let us know
Eg… 24,000 ohms and 00.10 ohm.

The problem is at the ets sensor(engine temperature sensor) f1 light is on?
