Oct 30, 2025 at 9:43 AM #21130Bike Model = : 2008 GT250RHi. I posted about a month ago that I flooded my bike and needed some guidance (It wont let me reply to that topic) I changed oil and spark plugs etc put my bike back together took it for test ride and it would cut out at 7k and 10k rpm. So I took it apart again to check spark plugs to find the top part of the carburetor filled with fuel. I took the carburetor off and the intake port was filled with fuel too. I took my carburetor to local bike shop and got them to fit a kit I bought from Ali express. Link to kit. https://a.aliexpress.com/_mPf5pI9 I bought option E. I just put it back together today and started it. It struggled to start and would only start if choke was fully on. When I got it running it would idle fine but when using a little throttle it would cut out/break up at about 2k rpm (And would sometimes die after releasing throttle) If I use more throttle itll go past 2k rpm and sounds fine. Its only when using a little throttle Here is a video of what is happening:

Oct 30, 2025 at 10:05 AM #21131The problem is where the primary circuit (idle) of the carbs are progressing to the secondary (mains) it’s being starved of fuel could be dirty jets or setting etc
