Description
Changing your exhaust pipes or pulling down your collector can become an absolute garage nightmare if the factory engine studs snap or the small nuts rust solid from extreme head heat and winter weather exposure. This slow maintenance reality is exactly why we put this custom bundle together. We use superior solid copper crush rings that offer far cleaner heat transfer down the head line than old factory paper composite seals. We pair them with weather-proof stainless steel and tough brass hardware. This guarantees a perfect air-tight port seal and ensures hassle-free pipe removal whenever you do engine work on local roads.

🔧 Install Tips
- Clean Your Flange Faces: Make certain the internal round matching face inside the aluminum engine port is completely clean and clear of any old squashed gasket crust or carbon scaling before you slip the fresh copper rings in.
- Torque Down Evenly: Thread all your fresh nuts down by hand first until they touch the pipe flanges. Use a proper hand torque wrench to tighten them down in an alternating criss-cross layout. This ensures the copper soft metal crushes flat and straight to stop ticking gas leaks.
- Anti-Seize is the Main Key: Always wipe a small smear of copper grease or specialized high-temperature anti-seize lubricant paste onto the stud threads before assembly. This keeps the metals safe and ensures they back away cleanly next time.
