    Hi Marcel,

Yes m8 i replaced stator, reg rec uprated, plugs, wiring loom, ignition coils plus caps, full service to.

Now im wondering could it be the battery as thats the only thing hasnt been changed on the bike. Bike runs well until it heated up and i plant it full speed then dies. Sits 5 mins runs perfect again m8.

I did notice exhaust system was very hot like smoking hot tho i was doing 70mph.

    Cheers for reply Marcel

All sorted and bike running beautiful. I had put the thrust bearing in wrong. Flat washer was meant to go on last behind the bearing washer.

Anyways all running well and like a new bike with all these modifications over the lastΒ  2 years.

I would definitely recommend putting a 520 chain kit and upgraded clutch in the bike.

A big thanks to my pal Marcel for all the guidance over the last 2 years while i upgraded this hyosung 125 gv aquila. Its been a long journey but worth it all as bike looks and feels like new even tho its a 2007 bike. Only thing left to upgrade is the cooler to a 250cc cooler.

Im having trouble after fitting new upgraded clutch on my hyosung gv 125cc aquila.

When i go from neutral to 1st gear bike still feels its in neutral. Back wheel goes round a few times then stops and can move freely like neutral?

All gears are the same like still in neutral.

    Regards Trevor

i own a hyosung 125cc gv aquila and do find it a very heavy bike for being a 125cc. I prefer that as im cruising about now instead of my sports bike days.

Saying that my bike wheels might as well be square as im never out on the bike much because of constant upgrades to help cure it running like a bmx.

Many thanks for tge reply. Havent tested the battery but if i don’t start the bike for 2 days i need to charge theΒ  attery as goes flat. Will try battery first and see if that helps. A real pain as i have the bike looking well after a guy ripped me off saying he had done everything. A found by by doing it all myself he hadnt as much as changd the plugs.
