Hello everyone, i’ve had problems recently with my 2023 aquila and am not sure where else to turn – trying to solve myself.
Starting up the bike it runs very poorly for a few seconds and then the engine dies. Had it looked at by my hyosung garage and they said it was an ECU problem which they could not fix. I’ve now had a look and seen my ecu is a single plug and not readily available. is there anything else i can check before trying to sort the ecu? i’ll try add a pic below

Yes add the picture as Hyosung made 2 variations of the GV125 EFi ECU’s , they may have updated it again for 2025 onwards but could still be V2 type.
Anyway, have a look at this thread and see if you can investigate your ISCV unit to maintain the idle.
GV125s idle speed when hot / ISCV problem (Idle Speed Control)
if it starts , the ECU still has some life left, so i wouldn’t say it is completely toast.
