There’s no right answer to that it seems to be unique to your bike but most will happily run on 3 turns on either

They are on the top of the carbs usually under little black rubber stoppers

Have you thought about modifying the stockcams?

Thank you your a star I’ll give it a go tomorrow also the gt125r has 5 gears not 6 is this right?

I’ve considered doing this myself and as I need new sprocks and chain I’ll have to go for it me thinks
