The diagram would be a huge help please Marcel. I connected the clutch switch back earlier to test and it still cut out

Hi Marcel. The carb was cleaned with cleaner and compressed air. She boots up and idles nicely now in neutral. However when I put her in 1st and go to let the clutch out she just dies off. The clutch switch and the sidestanf switch are both bypassed

Had the carb off and cleaned today. Still struggled to start. But when took out front spark plug to check the spark against the engine the bike came to life but when the plug went back it wouldn’t start again

Yes bud. It moves fine when engine isn’t on and it’s in gear with clutch pulled in. When the engines on and the clutch is pulled in I have to rev it up to roughly 5k revs before I let the clutch out. The revs then dip down to 1k and the bike struggles to move. Anything below 5k and it dies

Hi Marcel. Thank you for your reply. The fuel filter is about 200miles as changed it when I upgraded the fuel lines and the air filter is about 700miles. Both are free from particles. However the carb hasn’t been touched by myself as I’m not overly confident in touching the carb. The spark plug is quite dark black. Also the manifolds are okay, no leaks
