Light Green = RIght Turn Signal Solid Black = left turn signal , Yellow with Black Stripe (possibly RPM or Fuel Level, confirm your fuel sensor is same wire colour first!) , black with white stripe = Ground / Negative 12-V , Orange = Live power to dash and lights , Brown = Temp Sensor (650cc only) , Solid Yellow = Possibly lights (High Beam switch is activated by you or FLASH BUTTON) , Blue = Unsure yet , need to read again It has been a long time since i fixed wiring plugs under the dashboard, i usually fix the โ€œBlue Sideโ€ due to water rust etc or previous owner neglects I will try to find an old cable for the all black dash and send photo (maybe Sunday or next week)

Is it the same for gt650r carbureted?

As far as i can remember but 650cc has extra wire for temperature sensor , so it is usually brown but use my pictures above to confirm cable looks the same because it is the same dashboard harness used from 125cc GT125R , Gt250R and 650r = 2005 to 2008 carb models.

    Thank you sir!

This is the set I got from AliExpress, changed them recently. Also to mention again bike used to run fine, until I messed with this cable that is on right side of bike (

Hi again, I managed to get down the rpm but I did the turns on this cable too fast that it died and then never managed to start the bike again, this is the cable I messed with:

I tried to reset it to its original position but no success, now the bike will run only with choke but barely makes it past 2k rpm. I tried to mess around with the air mix screw aswell but no success.

I unplugged one of the spark plugs and the tip was dark black which a mechanic told me it’s running too rich because the 2k rpm on choke indicates that.

What could I possibly do to run it back again since the mechanics here don’t want to lay their hands on a Hyosung and I have to do it by myself.

Ps. I found a Spanish guy with a Hyosung carb model gt650r, he has videos for carb cleaning and everything so I followed his steps which worked the first time I did but since I messed around with that cable on the side of bike is when the trouble began.

From the handle bars (left for choke) and (right for throttle) โ€“ Remove the cables from the handle bars Then you can remove your carbs with the cables still attached to their carb. Now you can see whatโ€™s causing them to seize on the table somewhere. This will protect your โ€œrubber intakeโ€ pipes close to engine heads from splitting or getting stress under pressure

Thanks for the guide, I managed to clean up my carb by disconnecting it as you said.

Now bike will start (no need for choke to start it up)

It idles at 2.5k rpm (without choke, is it okay?)

Digital dashboard won’t turn on or show anything and front lights aren’t turning on or working either.

My question is whatย  can I do about it?

    Check front wiring? relays?

Update: I tried and got all the way to exposing Carburetor and removing all connecting fuel and air pipes except the Choke pipe or wire whatever they call it.
I couldn’t get it out by wiggling it or pulling it. I didnt try to continue further asย  I was afraid of breaking something, what do you guys advise?

I did put fresh fuel, but didn’t open carburetor to clean it as I don’t know how. I saw there was a tutorial on gt250r, is it the same process?
