I have no dyno info but I can get the throttle butterflies to wide open position. In fact they go a little further past that and the actuator linkage on the front carby actually fouls on the small tube near it – you can make it out in one of the pictures I posted on imgur:

So I’m guessing it’s been de-restricted, which seems fairly common here. I’ll be able to tell when I ride it but until I get it registered I’m reluctant to do so on public roads.

Thanks for the info, now onto sourcing some better front forks, but that’s for another thread 🙂
