the flat orange single insert is for my old ecu and harness, and the the new harness has the double plugs. im thinking about just buying the new ecu pictured here to for the 2 plug, but my question is can i somehow do a work around.?

It Was running fine for the summer apart from having to constantly clean the connectors on the coils,and cleaning my solenoid connections once or twice.

I was afraid you would say that
, checked my solenoid, my coil and my starter switch to no avail. But then had to get to work,so I hooked up jump cable from battery to starter motor as it worked on another bike. Was fine the first time but yesterday I tried the same thing and something hissed and smoked.

Thanks Marcel I’ll swap out the coil see if it helps, or it’s maybe needing a bit of contact cleaning or do you think the wires in the connector could be loose.?
