    hi,  the problem has been found and it was indeed a break in the harness.  a wire had come loose from a connector, not sure which one yet but they did have to strip the bike down to find it..  Will be picking up bike tomorrow.  thanks for the help.  take care.

    Hi,

    Fuses are ok,  but the guy who came to look at it couldn’t figure out the problem as he is not familiar with Hyosung bikes.  All he could tell me was that there is no power reaching the ignition switch.

    thanks, haven’t had a chance to check it out yet but will let you know what I find out as electrics are not my thing so friend is going to look at it on sunday.

    hi,

    thanks. will do those checks. I tend to be a bit of a worrier as i’m certainly not a mechanic. it was just on my mind that either the previous owner my have thrashed the engine or that I may not be running the bike in properly. but as I said I do tend to worry and overthink things. lol
