    My set up is different to this , I don’t have two connections on the rear intake boot and the tank has no vacuum connector on it ,just two stubby connectors that connect to the fuel tap on the side of frameΒ  πŸ˜•

    I think I will be calling in your expertise Marcel to inspect the carb to see if that was the issue causing the fuel in the entering the oil

    Sadly its not the original engine , yet to see how bad its been damaged , but can see it not being in the best health as fuel was mixed in with the oil when I dropped the sump.

    Hi all , amongst the many problems I have to face with the rebuild of my 125 comet is the missing wires that you are talking about , I believe I have found the connector spades on the loom but missing the wires that go from there to the after market clutch lever.( may have to source original ones at some point) clutch cable was ill fitting but at the moment that problem seems a long way off
