Sorry forgot to mention the mixture adjustment screws dont have the rubber caps on them so not sure if previous owner has adjusted the mixture

The compression on both cylinder is 150 psi and stays at 150 psi

Hi cleaned the carbs jets are the right sizes and slide needle and there set right ive changed the fuel pump on the bottom of the tank new plugs but still the same ☹
