Your definitely running lean with BMC filter/exhaust and you could be close to being out of injector capacity. Is your exhaust baffled? like the other gentleman noted, these little engines need a baffle in the muffler ( without the ability to see air/fuel ratios ). I bet swapping out the air filter to OEM and resetting your battery fixed the issue. I have one of these little bikes and it already runs lean from the factory….just like those KTM RC390s
