We sorted the other ones out earlier mate just this one now to suss out
It’s the 2 pin blue/green connector on the same part of the loom as the rectifier plug

oplus_34 Ok thanks, I’ll have a look at those brackets and if not I’ll make one, cheers
Ok mate cheers,

<li style=”text-align: left;”>That’s an option. I’ve just got mine off and took it apart and the o ring and seal look ok so I think I might be able to save it with a good ultrasonic cleaning and rebuild. They do sell them in the states still but the postage is more than the petcock π€£ think refurbishment is the key here
I’m not sure what you mean? I have 2 fuel lines coming off the petcock to the fuel tank, I presume ones for “on” and the other is “res” then one goes to the fuel pump if I remember rightly, not looked for a while. Can you show me what you mean please
Ok cheers, just had a look at that email, I’ll be in touch about those caps etc
I’ll need 2 of each, there metal disc shape covers with a rubber seal on the inside. I think the numbers are:
β’ 10 and 13
β’ 31
β’ 24
β’ 29
Depending how much they are (if there still available) might be cheaper to buy a second hand suspension linkage.
Cheers
<hr />
I’m not with the bike at the moment now but it’s the dust seals on the shock linkage and swingarm, the round metal ones that cover the bearings I was wondering if you can still get, but if it’s going to be pricey to refurbish with new bearings/dust covers I might just get a second hand linkage etc
I thought if I used my original wheel and everything it might just be a matter of changing the swingarm? Are the wheels the same on a 250 and a 650? I’ll see if I can measure one of each up and compare but Might just get another 250 swingarm if it’s going to be a load of hassle lol
I just think the 650 swingarm looks better with the adjusters etc, plus my original one is knackered and I can get a 650 one cheap etc. I was just going to use the swingarm if I could and not change the tire or chain or anything else, literally just swap the swingarm
Thanks guys,
I’m chuffed as didn’t want to buy another set of clocks just for the fuel gauge. Very very carefully and take you’re time is all I’ll say it’s quite fiddly and delicate to cut the gauge plate π€£ lol. The gauge worked on the wiring loom but I can’t ride it yet as rebuilding the front cylinder head so I’ll have to see when I’ve finished the engine.
Had to cut the fuel gauge to the same shape as the temperature gauge to fit the 250 clocks but all’s well now they look and work a treat

Difference in shape

Yeah I bought the clocks in parts from various breakers In Germany but didn’t realise it was the 650 black dashboard part with a temp gauge and not a fuel gauge I’d bought. Got a couple of 125 fuel gauges gunna see if I can cut one to the shape to fit the 250 clocks. I’ll let you know how it goes. Temp gauge seems to work in the same way and well as a fuel gauge though at moment π€£π€£
Hi mate,
I’m using the twin dial clocks but the 250 clocks are different to the aquilia mate the fuel gauges are a totally different shape I’d have to send you pics when I’m home at the weekend to explain it properly, I have some 125 clocks and the fuel gauge is different. I’ll send you some pics at the weekend to explain properly.
Cheers
