Hi,
They replaced my bike and I had the exact same thing.
In the end the mechanic capped it.. I don’t exactly know how but never had a leak after that.
That solved the problem.
It wasn’t expensive.
Ask a mechanic and they should do it for you
I just got back from work and had a close inspection.
There was no other damage apart from the ignition.
The steering lock is still in tact.
It’s an attempted theft. I think they’re going to come back and try. I have secured the bike. It has 7 locks and is anchored to the wall.
It’s such a pain as I only got this bike 3 days ago and have only had a short ride on it.
I want to get it fixed ASAP.
Will I need just a new ignition for it? Do you sell them for these bikes at hyoriders.club?
Thanks in advance
Thank you for your reply.
I will confirm with the dealership first thing tomorrow to confirm.
I did speak to them this morning but they were unhelpful, I think i got the wrong person on the phone.
As soon as I find out, I will email.
Thanks 😊
Hi Marcel,
My reply is late.
The bike has been in the mechanics for a week and it turns out that it needs a new water pump seal.
The bike is in warranty as I have only had it for a month.
Hyosung have approved the replacement but the part is on back order and could take a while.
Do you know where I could source a water pump seal for the aquila gv125s?
Many thanks

It’s dripping coolant from the coolant exit pipe
Thanks for your reply 😊
I asked on the German fb page.
They said that it was a common problem on 22/23 bikes.
Mine is a 24 and have only done 500 miles.
It’s in the terms of the dealer that I would need to pay shipping for the bike.
It’s in a garage at the moment. They havent diagnosed it because it may void the warranty but I was just trying to work out the quickest and cheapest way to do it.
I go tomorrow to have a chat with them and I’ll probably get it sent back to be fixed.
