Got it back together and it runs great except for the idle goes from 1500 to 3000 after putting it in gear. I can turn bike off for around 90 seconds and it goes back to 1500. I can let it idle for about 30 mins. it will stay at 1500 once it warms up intel I go to ride it.

slides moving smoothly noticed one of the boots from carb to airbox was pushed up into airbox could that have caused the problem.

slide needles are at factory settings. factory jets, slide were moving smoothly will double check them will do plugs after checking slides.
