I’ve taken off the carb which I’m up jetting,the little hole I’ve zoomed in on is what I was concerned about ? Didn’t know how to circle the pic ,tried on my phone but I’m a caveman when it comes to tech .

The small hole looks like it’s purpose drilled is it ment to be there ?? Sorry in advance this is the only pic I have , Motorbike is stored in a friend’s garage.
