GT250 Naked cranks but doesn’t start.

I purchased a 2005 Hyosung GT250 naked for 300 bucks. 4k miles on it, cranks but doesn’t start. Needs a new magneto assembly, would that cause the bike to not start? Anything else I should check out while we’re at it?

Also is there anywhere I can get aftermarket things? Fuel tank, muffler etc? I know I can shop on Hyosung but wanted to see where else I can. Thanks!
