Yup check the main jet and the pilot jet again I will attach a picture of them from My comet 250 carb , and also try pushing the slides up with a finger and see if they slide back down freely without any restriction…
If everything is fine try starting the bike without the air box on.. may be the air filter is chocked .. so u could see if the slides are moving when u accelerate …
