Okay, three things.
The yellow box is going to the ground where the coil is.
What COLOURS are the “harness” wires from the white 2-pin connector #? (the female side) = I will advise what that female connector is for.
And here is a recently sold cable for the “Y shape” (“clutch cover, main harness & battery = at once)
