I take it you have checked all the easy things (no water in fuel, new fuel, clean filter, float height, fuel flow rate etc)
How did you set the mixer screw when you cleaned the carb , if one jet is blocked then it would need a full strip and clean as the rest are likely to need cleaning , might not need the rebuild kit just a can of carb cleaner and a full strip down and retune 🤔 it’s cheap to do and might work before you get a rebuild kit 🤔
