No worries it is good to learn! – Does the bike have any issues ?
As i wouldn’t touch those golden screws, they seem also buried deep in the hole suggesting it is not for a general user to tinker with, if something happens there it will cause running issues or improper balancing of throttle
It is part of the throttle assembly (aka throttle body & intake) There will be butterflies inside the silver skeleton shell that’s connecting your airbox as air goes inside the engine once filtered by your air filter
