Fairly new to the bike world (Help!)

Hi guys, recently I bought a Hyosung gv125s brand new and only now, after 1 year of having it, i’m really looking at the bike like how things work and so on and i’d like to know what this is, what’s for and how (if possible) to adjust it.
Keep in mind i’m a beginner.

Hey ,
No worries it is good to learn!  – Does the bike have any issues ?
As i wouldn’t touch those golden screws,  they seem also buried deep in the hole suggesting it is not for a general user to tinker with, if something happens there it will cause running issues or improper balancing of throttle

It is part of the throttle assembly  (aka throttle body & intake)  There will be butterflies inside the silver skeleton shell that’s connecting your airbox as air goes inside the engine once filtered by your air filter
