Is the RING center silver colour? Because i could not tell in photos. Or can you take more photos of front plug again vs rear plug?
The screw on the left stator case is for *Idle adjustment* it controls how many rpm the bike should idle when it is hot
If engine is hot. Turn down screw to 1500 rpm and leave it there forever.
You may need to tell us jet sizes in the bike what size pilots in the carb? What size rear and front main jets?
