Sounds like the Cam Tensioner = I would 100% replace it , just for a peace of mind.
Also you may need to do some “valve clearances too”, especially if the valve clearances are loose, the engine will make the same “ra-tat-tat-tat” sounds almost sounding like an baby AK47 gun
But i would place my bets on the tensioner.
Also do you have a cylinder oil leak? as the middle of the rear cylinder looks dark
