Looking at that oil I would say the colouration is due more to condensation due to short runs. To me it’s not taking coolant into the oil. The problem with coolant leaks is they can be tricky to find & being quite a small capacity of coolant doesn’t take long to disappear, it could be burning coolant but to be fair it stinks & is normally spotted really easily. You can get a gadget that has a liquid in it that you push into the radiator/coolant tank opening & it will show if exhaust gases are getting into it.
