If the tank has a vacuum petcock under and contains fuel. The tank that’s on the table should not be pissing out fuel, That’s bad. It would cause hydrolocking if the carb floats fail and you have fuel inside the pistons and a very stinky “water-like” oil. I would not ride the bike until such fuel parts get replaced one by one.
