is it possible to get a picture with your hand pointing to the area where the smoke is coming from exactly please?
It could help narrow down what the issue either internally or externally, could be something as simple as a hose leaking a little through its clamps or something odd but i do hope its nothing to do with the cylinder heads as coolant ofcourse flows around it.
White smoke usually means coolant either out of the tail pipe or near the engine, blue-ish smoke is piston rings, so have a good inspection of that too.
