So if you’re on the road , and  it says 0 KPH / MPH ?

Just the speed?  Everything else like  Revs , Turn Signals , Neutral ETC work ?

If that’s the case, then it is the speedo drive / speed sensor itself yes,   it is on the front wheel , left side.
