Got it back together and it runs great except for the idle goes from 1500 to 3000 after putting it in gear. I can turn bike off for around 90 seconds and it goes back to 1500. I can let it idle for about 30 mins. it will stay at 1500 once it warms up intel I go to ride it.
Your intake rings are on the way aren’t they , they could help the situation as any “rev changes” while the bike is idling OR moving = Intake pipes , intake o-rings , airbox
There is 2x tutorials on the forum on how to remove and refit the GV125 airbox (it is the same part used on GV250) , use them as guides on how to reassemble correctly , I know how tight that space is , i work on Aquilas all the time.
