Did you change the black piston slides inside the carb?
What jet sizes are you running ? (pilots and mains)
Have you modified the air intake in any way ?
Adjusted the float height?
Trying to rise the revs and it cuts, sounds like the slides got stuck or bad mixtures (fuel mixture screw tampered with) or jets possibly too small (unless clogged again)
