Have the tank away from the bike => Then go somewhere safe with it,  open the tap to the “RESERVE” or  “ON” setting, see how fast the fuel flows in to a bucket ,

Does it come out ?   And is it full blown or just drips   (ie.  2 drips per second etc…)
