From closed , it is 2.5 turns out on each cylinder and leave it there forever.
If the bike runs rough , you may have other issues like = wrong jets , float height issues , float seats jamming (flooding) , throttle slide diaphragms sticking
Also, remove the “rubber intake pipes” from the engine, and replace those O-Rings as they tend to get old and allow bad air inside = bad mixture in engine
