Bike Model = : Hyosung Aquila GV125S 2021
Hey People!
I know its daft but im an 18 year old lad learning how to do this first time after opening up my clutch plates for inspection and reassembling the motorbike. Only problem is, no form of youtube tutorial or nothing is helping lol.
The clutch has too much freeplay and i cant tighten it perfectly to the friction zone. Ive adjusted the cable by the engine and at the lever but it isnt getting to where it needs to be. Please help 😭

This one is for the older carb models but the principle is the same ….
How to adjust clutch cable – Hyosung GV125C GT125R GT250 GV250
Also , let us know if you think the cable is stretched out , then possibly may need a new cable or is there a chance the “washer” went missing ?
See belowIt says it is for older models , but ignore that, look at the “order of plates” and “bearing , washer” etc.

If not, you could need a new thrust bearing possibly? Or new plates if the old ones have thinned out?
