Hyosung TE50 & TE90 (WOW 50/90) Resources
The Hyosung TE50 and TE90, famously known as the WOW 50 and WOW 90, are now considered rare vintage quads in the UK and Europe. Having been out of production for nearly two decades, finding original workshop documentation is incredibly difficult. We have preserved these official manuals to help owners keep these classic 2-stroke machines running.
Technical Overview & Rare Documentation
The WOW series quads are powered by reliable air-cooled 2-stroke engines. These models feature an automatic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), making them excellent entry-level quads. Maintenance usually focuses on the Mikuni carburettor tuning and ensuring the oil-injection system is functioning correctly.
- Engine: 49cc (TE50) / 89cc (TE90) 2-Stroke Single Cylinder
- Cooling: Forced Air-Cooled
- Transmission: Automatic CVT with V-Belt drive
- Chassis: Drum brakes (Front) and Hydraulic Disc (Rear)
Note: The TE90 manual also covers many components for the ultra-rare TE100 variant, as they share the same chassis and electrical architecture.
Notice: If you have additional documents for the Hyosung WOW series, please contribute by commenting below.
