Cleaning out the carby – GT250 Carbs

Hi team,

Im currently cleaning out my carby due to no fuel coming out on the main jet and found out that in the first pic this passage is blocked. As i can’t get any of my needles in there. Is there a chem where i can put and leave as it eats away the rot.

You will need a carb rebuild kit that comes with the proper gaskets  from Jap  (none of that china mess you see on ebay!)  – We have them in shop.

Also,
– Why is there a main jet on the needle instead of the arcon nut which will make your needles blunt ?  (click here for example)

– And why is there a big bolt on the float arm ? I am suspicious!😢
