Tip over sensor- GT650 Comet EFi

hey guys, my bike is sending a code for the top over sensor, will start but as soon as the code flashes my injectors turn off.

ive been trying to locate the tip over sensor so i can fix the issue, but for the life of my I haven’t been able to locate it, I’ve genuinely spent a good part of 2 days just looking for the bloody thing and am convinced it doesn’t have one

hey the sensor would be directly under the yellow plate where the fuel tank sits on and where the rider seat also slots in to.
