Bike Model = : SB50M 2006
Hi guys, Rick here in New Zealand, I’m having a real issue finding a Hyosung wiring diagram for my scooter, even the wiring colours for the ignition switch would be helpful. I was given 2 scooters and one a Super Cab is nearly complete but it came to me without an ignition switch so I’m searching for the correct wiring for this ignition. The loom which is in good condition has a block connector with 6 wiring holes but only 5 wires fitted, this looks all correct but from there I am lost. I know that RED is power, ORANGE is switched power and BLACK WITH WHITE STRIPE is earth, after that I’m lost? The other two coloured wires are BLACK WITH RED STRIPE and BLUE WITH WHITE STRIPE. A Hyosung wiring diagram even if not for my bike would be real helpful.

Red and Orange will turn the bike on.
Others are not that important but the ignition lockset will have 4 wires coming out of it, just incase the black/white + red/black wire is needed by the harness (ie. other auxilary parts being turned on. )Test with Orange and Black first and test the bike.
If in doubt or it’s not working, post some pictures here.
