After Month of searching Parts in the whole Worlds, several scams (parts payed but never delivered), learning everything i needed to know trought internet (had zero knowledge about bikes before), hours on my knees trying to fix it, an emotional breakdown, tears and few deops of blood later i finally managed to bring this old lady back to life! Buyed for 300 swiss francs and now looking beautifull and working again. Ready for technical inspection.
Hyosung gv125 aquila 2001 in dark Red with sissybar and aluminium wheels. Seems to be a special edition.

When i buyed it the guy sayed. Yeah you just need to put back the carb and it will run. Well… was not that simple. Jets where missing, every gadket and o-ring where totaly destroyed, bike was standing 8 years outside with no carb and also a no spark plug mounted. Frontbrake was completly dry! Choke cable squeezed, tank was full or rusty flakes, tank seeling was destroyed, fuel gauge was destroyed, fueltap leeking, no screws from all the parts that where not mounted… well a lot of work. But finally she’s complete and ready to ride.

Finally after a first attempt last week, my bike passed the mandatory swiss technical inspection. He complained about the shitty original center stand, the rear sprocket that had like an half mm play sidewise witch seems to be normal on this bike due to the plastic bumber under it and also about the seat taht moves like maybe 1cm when yojr not sitting on it, and also the not easy to find neutral… a guy from a garage also selling hyosung did just fix the center stand and did go for the next try. And passed! Switzerlands technical imspection are probably the most pickie in the world. If they don’t like the bike they will complain about everything even if its like that on the original factory bike. Sorry for my poor english i hope you got it.
Well however. After 3 month i am officially alowed to ride this 22 years old veauty in swiss streets.
