Hello
Please let me know if you can isolate the problem with my Aquila GV250 efi
1.Loud muffler sound coming from the rear cylender
2. Power seems to be diminished
3. When I pinch the gas tube to the rear cylender to block gas flow, the loud rear cylender goes away.
4. The front cylender seems to heat up normally but but the rear cylender can be touched even after a minute of engine running.
Thanks

Do you have a video of this ? (upload to youtube / onedrive / googledrive and post link here) so we can see what is happening.
And have you done tests to the coils and tells us :
1. Primary and Secondary resistance of the coils
2. Swap the coils , see if the front coil works on the rear better?
3. Do you have NGK caps ? (Sometimes stock caps will cause sparking issues) or just use another standard Hyosung cap again or SV650 ignition cap and try again. -

I have not done any coil swapping but will do. Seems easy enough!
Could the weak spark couse the loud noise coming from the rear cylender?

Dear Marcel
So I inspected the exhaust pipe and it seems there is a crack before where it appears to be joining the other one before going to muffler. I think I have to remove the exhaust system complete from the engine to take it in for welding.

That would be a good idea as the noises will be leaking through the cracks
